About me... My name is Erin and I live in the Twin Cities area of Minneapolis/ Saint Paul, Minnesota. I’ve been creating unique pieces of jewelry for family and friends for 15 years. I’ve dabbled in different forms of art since childhood. One day in 1990 I walked into a bead store in Minneapolis and was inspired to start making jewelry. I taught myself how to string beads, twist wires, and use various tools, and I haven’t stopped since. Not only do I love doing it, but designing these pieces gives me an outlet for my restless creativity. I’m inspired in so many ways — by my beautiful friends and family, by nature, music, and even colors. It’s always been a gift for me to see people wearing my jewelry. I’ve created this space where people can view and purchase my pieces and hopefully spread the word so I can continue to do what I love. About the jewelry… I personally designed every piece you see on these pages. I choose the best available materials for the highest quality – sterling silver, glass, gemstones, metals, crystals, freshwater pearls, fire-polished glass, wire and nylon. All necklaces feature lobster claw clasps as I’ve found they don’t get twisted in long hair or snag clothes. Most pieces I make are one-of-a-kind, but I will create multiple pieces by request. Pieces crafted with metals can tarnish over time so I recommend keeping those pieces in a plastic bag or box when not being worn.
